Cari Wolter – tax partner
Cari is the founder of WTS. After 12 years of leading the tax practice of KPMG in Aruba she decided to start a new tax firm. She is a former Tax Inspector in charge of the Corporate Income Tax team in Aruba. She also worked as a Tax Inspector in the Netherlands. Cari also lectured at the University of Aruba and co-founded the Aruba Association of Tax Advisors.
Frank Snijders – tax director
Frank joined WTS per January 1, 2007 after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers Netherlands and Aruba for more than 8 years. He is co-author of the Aruba and Netherlands Antilles tax reference book, and regularly publishes tax articles in (fiscal) journals in Aruba and the Netherlands. Frank is also a board member of the Aruba Trade and Industry Association.
Cindy Clark – tax advisor
Cindy is a tax law graduate of the University of Leiden. She started her career in 2004 at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Netherlands. Cindy switched to KPMG Aruba in August 2005 and joined WTS as per October 1, 2006. She is completing the “Nederlandse Opleiding voor Belastingadviseurs” course.
Mireille de Miranda – tax advisor
Mireille is a tax law graduate of the University of Tilburg. Her thesis covered the Dutch tax treaty policy in respect to multinationals. She started her career at WTS in January 2008.
Charitza Statia – compliance officer/ tax advisor
Charitza is a tax law graduate of the University of Tilburg. She also has a bachelor degree in Economics (Fiscale Economie) of the HEAO Arnhem. Her thesis covered “Aruba – a tax haven?”. She started her career at WTS in June 2008.
Velushka Gomes – secretary
Velushka has been Cari’s secretary at KPMG for over 6 years and decided to join WTS. She is a graduate secretary of the Administrative School of Aruba.
Gwenny Dongen-Croes – secretary
Gwenny has joined WTS per March 1, 2007. She started her career at KPMG Accountants and worked there for almost 11 years as a junior assistant in the audit unit and later as management secretary.

Arie Brink – Compliance Officer
Arie has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. After completing his education in Driebergen in the Netherlands, he came to Aruba and started his career at WTS on December 1, 2008.
